Hello everybody, looking to rent out 2 out of the 4 bedrooms available in my new home. It is a newly constructed 4 bedroom 3 and half bath located in San Marcos Texas. Super close to downtown San Marcos, easy access to I-35, Texas state and in between Austin and San Antonio. The house will be furnished besides bedrooms and restrooms common areas will be accessible to everyone. All appliances will be included and house equipped with smart home technology. The two bedrooms available are $800 includes utilities and WiFi each a month and will have a shared bathroom. One spot outside garage huge driveway for extra cars.
