The house is in West Houston, Westheimer and Richmond. It has all the regular furniture-washer, dryer, fridge that makes ice, etc. I want to rent out the main bedroom on the first floor. It is very spacious, good for single, couple or family. There is also a guest bedroom available on the second floor that is pretty spacious, but the resident would need to share a bathroom with another tenant or me, so preferably a male roommate or if you don’t mind.
