Need Roommates

I am Thurman. I just moved in March 8th. The house has a private pool, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen to which you full have access, as long as you do your part to keep things clean. I have 2 rooms to rent. The bigger of the 2 rooms is partially furnished. It is furnished with an Adjustable Queen Size Bed and has a 45" T. V. mounted on the wall opposite of the head of the bed. I am asking $1050 a month for said room, but the rent for this can be adjusted if renter of said room will commit to certain household duties such as regular taking out the garbage and set the cans on the curb for Monday and Thursday morning pickup. Yet, rent can be reduced for both renters by assisting me with task around the house such hanging items on the wall, rearranging rooms, etc.. I will deduct $20 hour when assist me with said task. My name is on the lease and on all the bills; thus, your 3rd of the bills and rent will be paid to me directly. Monthly Rent and Bills: Rent: $900 or $1050 Electricity: 1/3 Water/Gas/Trash: 1/3 Lawn Care: $33 (is 1/3) Pool Care: $83 (is 1/3) Internet and Streaming: Free I accept payment via Zelle or Venmo.
