Two spare rooms (Master's bedroom and smaller guests room) available for rent in Midtown Houston. They are located in a townhouse and the two previous tenants are leaving at the end of May 2025, both males and females are welcome (not couples as the rooms are for one person). Each room is equipped with its own bathroom and dedicated wardrobe spaces, there's also a service bathroom in the shared living room. The primary bedroom is 18' x 13', the bedroom is 12' x 13'. The kitchen is 11' x 9' and is adjacent to the living room which is 15' x 18' and the latter has a balcony; the first room is on the ground floor, the second on the second. The townhome has a two spots garage (one is taken by the current remaining tenant) with a large paved entry portion on the outside, while a small lawn is in front of the house. The home has a flat roof that can be accessed and used for parties. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We welcome people willing to tour the house before signing, just reach out to us a couple of days in advance.
