About the place: GREAT LOCATION- Midtown! It is literally in the center of everywhere you want to go in Houston. It's close enough to the fun bars and restaurants but away enough (one mile) that the neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to Axelrad, 13 Celsius, and Weights and Measures. Baldwin Park is just 2 blocks away. The condo has an open floor plan downstairs- kitchen, living, half bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry nook with W/D. Common areas are furnished; you would just need to bring your bedroom furniture. Rent is $1050/month ALL BILLS INCLUDED!
A little about you: I would like someone laid back but clean and responsible (like me). Female preferred. Must have a full-time job and be able to show proof of income/employment and complete a background check. If we end up being cool and hanging from time to time, that would be ideal!
A little about me: I am a 34 year young former teacher and assistant principal and now work remotely in tech. Houston is my hometown, so I can show transplants the cool spots.
