I have a spare room in a newly renovated luxury townhouse, which is in a prime location right on the corner of Westheimer and Voss area. This is within walking distance of the Galleria mall and all the best shopping and restaurants around. The room is about 10 feet by 10 feet and has it's own wardrobe in it. There is a brand new entertainment center, brand new furniture, and brand new dishes, pots and pans, ect... in the home.

The bathroom would be shared with you and another male roommate. There are a total of two other male roommates that live there, and we are all very laid back and easy going ;). We even have free cleaning service, except for your bedroom. This is the best deal in town, room will go fast!

SPECIFICS
1.) Rent is only $650, plus 1/3 utilities
2.) The fully refundable deposit is only $375
3.) Must be willing to stay a minimum of two months, but then month to month afterwards is welcomed
4.) Background check is only $80 (no felonies please)
5.) No pets allowed at this time
