Quiet and safe

Hello. I would like to rent my spare room as a short-term stay of one month’s duration. As I provide the furnishings (tv, queen bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp) and towels/linens, etc., all you will need is your toiletries and laundry soaps. Minimalist-type person with just a suitcase :) Great for a job transfer, traveling professional or someone just deciding which part of Houston they’d prefer.

Internet, wifi, Roku streaming/Netflix and Amazon Prime provided. Attached garage parking for a small to mid-size vehicle. Driveway available for larger vehicles.

Private room/bath/private living room. Access to all common areas.

Home is located 20-25 minutes from IAH/downtown Houston is 40-45 min (dep on traffic). All the usual food fast, grocery, shopping and entertainment within 5 min.

I work from home in a home office. It is computer input; therefore, the home remains quiet. I am very clean, quiet and respectful and would like for the same in a tenant. I’m just a normal person who works a lot.

I currently work day shift from home. Depending on work days, we would rarely see each other except on weekends.
Full-time employment (no WFH plz).
Responsible light alcohol.
No overnight.
No smoking or vaping(all encompassing).
No drug use (all encompassing).
Limited background check conducted (my expense).
