It is a gated community on an Island, so it has great privacy and no random traffic. The island is surrounded by a dock that is great for taking walks, relaxing, or going fishing in your free time! We do also have an in-building garage below the unit available for an additional $185/month, but not required if not needed.
We have lived here for 2 years and have been the sole occupants of this unit since the complex opened. It is a great community and easy access to local shopping and entertainment.
