**Rooms for Rent Agreement**

1. **Property Description**:
- Three rooms available for rent.
- Shared one and a half bathroom.
- Shared kitchen facilities.
- Washer and dryer included.
- Each room equipped with a personal mini-fridge and TV.
- Free internet and water included.

2. **Financial Terms**:
- Rent: $700 per room per month.
- Security Deposit: $700 per room.
- Renters insurance is mandatory and will be included in the monthly rent.

3. **House Rules**:
- No smoking inside the house.
- No pets allowed.

4. **Payment Terms**:
- Rent payments must be made on time.
- Failure to make payments within five days past the due date will constitute a violation of the contract.
- After the fifth late day, the tenant will have seven days to vacate the premises.
- Voiding the contract due to late payment will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Belongings will be held in storage at the residence for three weeks at no charge. After this period, the tenant must make other arrangements for their belongings.
