This lease applies to the entire home, which will be shared among all roommates. You will be renting a private room and sharing common areas, including the living room and kitchen.

PRIVATE ROOM ONLY FOR RENT:
-3 Rooms for rent: (Primary Bedroom-A, Bedroom-B, Bedroom-C) Desk and table can be removed if desired. Please notify.
*Primary Bedroom-A: spacious room with king-size bed, walk-in closet & private bathroom
*Bedroom-B: Queen size bed, nightstand, lamp with walk-in closet and a desk/chair. Bathroom will be shared.
*Bedroom-C: Queen size bed, nightstand, lamp, with walk-in closet and a desk/chair Bathroom will be shared.

AMENITIES:
-Washer & dryer highspeed internet
-a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, etc
-stainless steel appliances, KEURIG, coffee machine
-includes 4K 65” TV in living room area

TERMS:
-Minimum 6 Months
-Security deposit required
-Single occupancy only (ideal for privacy)
-Rent does not include bills.
-We verify income, employment, credit, and conduct criminal background checks as a part of the application process if you are selected to apply.
-You must have stable income and make 3x the rent (before taxes) to qualify

UTILITIES:
-Split among all tenants
-averaging $$ per roommate.

HOUSE RULES:
-No smoking/drugs
-No pets.
-No parties
-The room is for one person only.
