I have 2 rooms in my house to share. I'm looking for responsible roommates who do not do drugs or abuse alcohol, no smoking and no pets. Upstairs LARGE bedroom can be furnished with a bed and chair.

Utilities are included and there's plenty parkings around the house.

You'll have access to washer & dryer, common spaces like living room, kitchen space, backyard, etc. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and peaceful. We're close to a golf course and parks. Grocery stores and shopping centers are all around 5 - 10 minutes.

Current roommates are working professionals, quite and do their own thing. No overnight guest please. Discount rate available for long-term and committed renter. There's also discount for cash payment, ask for details.
