Looking to help

Cute, clean eighteen hundred SF contemporary ranch house with a large back yard. Private residence with an exclusive room with a full bath in the hallway (not shared since the master has an en suite bathroom). Reliable fiberoptic internet with a mesh system and 6E. Nice, quiet neighborhood with multple HOA community amenities and golf course and lake close by. I'm a mature professional male. I have a medium-sized dog. He loves people, but not other animals. I wouldn't strictly prohibit another animal here, but it would have to be an animal that stays in your room for his/her own safety.

I don't need help paying the mortgage. I'm looking for help around the house since I work so much. I'm looking for a person who is either between jobs, works freelance or works from home/telecommutes. If you're in a financially challenging situation, or in another compromising set of circumstances that I can help you remove yourself from, that would be my ideal candidate-since I'm not worried about the money. Preferably someone who enjoys cooking, light yard work or gardening (I have a service that comes to mow once a week) and will help me keep the place clean and the pantry and fridge stocked and watch/walk the dog when I'm not here. I even have an extra vehicle for running local errands if you lack reliable transportation.

Age, race, gender, orientation are irrelevant. Just someone responsible and chill.

I do have a PART-TIME, temporary 60 something male living here now, but he'll be completely out by September (or earlier).

Bonus points if you're a gym goer, or want to be. If you're in the latter category I'd be happy to help you build a routine. I have a gold membership so I can always bring a guest. It's not a requirement by any means, but I would enjoy having a gym buddy ideally.
