One room available in a 2-bedroom, second-floor condo in the Canyon Creek neighborhood of Richardson, 1 mile east of UT Dallas. Utilities are included in rent. $800 refundable deposit. Community pool in the complex. Across the street from a chic little neighborhood strip of restaurants/shops. The room is 11’ x 11’ with a large closet. Wood floors throughout and a large window in the room. Spacious living room and large balcony. Shared bathroom. Galley kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Everything is fully furnished except the room, but I'm happy to provide a bed with a week’s notice if you need. I would prefer a roommate who keeps their belongings in their room, as the living room, dining nook and kitchen are already full. The space is limited to 2 pets, and I have 2 cats, so no other pets allowed. Any other questions just ask. :)
About me: I'm Talia. I’m a 25 year old female, and I have two indoor cats (Martin and Walter). I work as a copywriter at an advertising agency. I own the condo and have lived here alone for the last two and a half years, but am back in the office 3 days a week and don’t use the second bedroom as an office anymore. I haven’t had a roommate since I moved from Chicago in ‘21 and miss the company. Hoping to find someone who respects my place, likes my cats, and is easy to get along with. I’m not wild, but not a hermit, and my favorite way to spend the evening is watching movies, playing board games, or grabbing a beer with friends.
