Room with private bathroom in 2 story townhouse

I'm looking for a roommate to take over the second private bedroom in a townhouse located in Lower Greenville. The bedroom is located on the first floor and this floor would essentially be your private domain. The bedroom could be either furnished or unfurnished, currently there is a daybed and a computer desk in the room. There is a private full bathroom connected by a very spacious closet. The bedroom is also controlled by an independent AC unit with the thermostat located in the bedroom. There is also a dryer/washer and garage if you need to store things.

The second story has the main living areas along with my bedroom and a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc.

I do have a dog and would prefer a roommate does not have a pet of their own to keep it simple, but I am open to discussing your pet situation to see if we can make it work.

Finally, the community here does have some great perks when it comes walking spaces, including a large pond area and quick access to White Rock Lake. In addition, there are two shared pool areas in the complex and community garden with public access to common herbs if you like to cook.

In the pictures, you will see that someone currently lives in the room, but they are moving out July 23rd.
