I have a 1br 1ba that I’m looking to sublease for the next 3-6 months. Fully furnished. I’d just need you to water a few plants and take care of my apartment while I’m away. We can look into extending the sublease once the 6 months are up. It is $1,000 monthly bills included, there is no wiggle room on the price, in return I take care of all the bills and you get an entire apartment to yourself! There is a blink camera that you will have access to, and an assigned parking spot for you, that I will have registered with the front office. There is a work out facility that you will have a fob to enter, washer and dryer are included in the price, there are 3 community pools on the property, and a walking trail.
