It’s a cute 3 bedroom home - the third room is an office (can be a shared office) Your room that I’m looking to lease out is the spare bedroom that has direct access outside. You’ll have your own bathroom but it’s not private access. Amazing location - short walk to bishop, has a large backyard, full ring security, updated appliances

I currently work from home - love going out to eat getting drinks but am pretty low key these days. Looking for someone in that similar realm. I do have a 4 year old boxer , she’s very chill
