This is an ad for 2 bedrooms on an exclusive quiet cul-de-sac in Far North Dallas (Preston Highlands). I am a 40year old professional that keeps to myself. There is a large shared living space that includes a large furnished living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, breakfast nook, enclosed backyard and garage. You must be able and willing to clean up after yourself and common areas kept clean. Your room is your business and once you move in I will not enter your room without your presence and permission. I am single and do not have children besides a Cane Corrso named Bear (who is a sweetheart). He is completely house broken and well behaved. He can be kept out of common areas and stay in our wing of the house if you don’t like big dogs, but he does have free reign of the backyard. There are lots of tropical plants throughout the home and will need someone to water them while I am gone (I travel quite often and so trust is a must). I would consider discounted rent for anyone willing to cook and do light housework. The home was completely remodeled in 2020 so everything is new and nice including floors, paint, appliances etc.. Absolutely no smoking cigarettes inside the home. Vaping and or other is fine. Looking for 2 clean quiet roommates. Open to all races and religions. Being respectful and tolerant of others is a must. This home has a bright warm energy and would like to keep out the negative energy and bad attitudes. I have plenty of space on my side of the house so most of the time the shared living space will be empty. Large gatherings (5 or more people) would only be permitted with at least 2 weeks notice if they are planned ahead of time. No children except for special circumstances. . If you plan on sharing your room with a spouse or gf/bf then additional rent will be applied on a case by case basis. Of course dating and having someone stay the night is your business. I mean another person living full time (more than 1/2 the month) in your space would be considered another tenant and would also be required to sign a lease and chip in if determined it would be a good fit and allowed. There is a large dresser in once room and TV available, but can be moved out if you have your own. Washer dryer, refrigerator etc. are all pretty new and clean. Plenty of extra storage space. Must be able to afford the deposit and $1,500 a month. There will be a 10% late fee ($150) added if rent is 10 days overdue. Prefer 6 month lease, but will also accept a 3 month term.
