Private Room near Pearland TC

Private room in a new builder house with electrical, water, and internet covered! (I have wired ethernet in the room so you can get low-latency 800+ Mbps internet). House is a 3 bed 2 bath, so you’ll share a bathroom with my current roommate. We typically keep the temp around 70 degrees. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Close to highway 6 and the new HEB off of 288. Pearland mall is only a 10-15 min drive.

I have a new power rack, adjustable dumbells, and weights in the garage. It has everything you’d need for the compound lifts (except for deadlifts). They’re available for use anytime you want if you sign a waiver (just for my liability in case you injure yourself).

I and my current roommate are engineers and are pretty quiet and chill. We both work full time. We keep the house clean and are looking for someone responsible. The house is fully furnished and so is the room. I’m open to taking in a dog and/or cat if they’re well behaved and we can work out a system to make sure the house stays clean.
