My house is located in a quiet neighborhood in leon valley, Walmart, SAMS club Home Depot and the movie theater are located behind my house as well as the bus stops.(walking distance).
I live here with my mother and I have another tenant upstairs (Hes rarely home) you would share a bathroom with him. I clean the house including the bathroom upstairs. We are all clean people, we respect each other, we never have any issues or problems in the home.
I have security cameras outside (where you would park). i have a washer and dryer here as well.
I am looking to rent the other room upstairs to preferably to an older professional gentleman. who is clean and respectful. The room has a 55 inch t. v with Roku.
