Right now, the room is being occupied by my 1 yr old daughter. I plan on moving everything in there to my mom's/my room as soon as I find someone willing to rent the room.
My daughter spends the majority of the time at my mom's, and when she is here, she is very well behaved for her age.
I'm willing to put some of my things in the living area in storage if you need some extra space outside of the room.
