Looking for a person to share a cool house with in North Austin. 15 minute drive to downtown/campus. Your room is unfurnished, fully remodeled, new carpet, huge window, modern ceiling fan with remote control, nice closet and storage space. You get your own bathroom with cool fixtures and sink, shower, plus large hall closet. You can also store stuff and park in the garage. Home is new w/nice wood floors, open floor space, gas stove, great A/C, nice fixtures & fridge, washer/dryer, cool backyard with lots of trees. Neighborhood is pretty quiet but growing fast. We are close to a dog park, public pool, rec center, awesome walking trails with lots of trees, creek, and a pond that people jog around and fish in. Overall, it?s an idyll spot if you want a quiet homelife but also want to be close to downtown or campus.

A little on me: I?m a laid back nice guy (native Texan) who is a writer/producer/author who just moved back after 20 years in LA & SF. I like to keep the house clean but am not obsessive, I?m basically a chill, positive person who gets along with most anyone and likes to have a harmonious home. I?m open to a man or woman, I can get along with anyone. I don?t have a pet but you can have one if you like (I love all animals). I?m mostly working in my room on the other side of the house, so you?ll have lots of privacy. You can hang out in the living room, dining room, and kitchen without me bothering you. I also have a super nice 11 year old daughter who I see occasionally. She lives with her mom. She has a room here but is hardly here since she?s spending more time with her friends.
