Stainless steel appliances, tons of hot water, and thermostat in the unit for direct control (ceiling fans are ofc in the bedrooms). This is primarily student housing, but the complex is open to ANYONE renting. However, for this unit FEMALES PREFERRED.

The existing roommates are quiet and keep to their own activities outside of the apartment. They are of course friendly, but will usually be focused on school or their jobs.
