2 Rooms For Rent 12 Miles From Downtown Atx

Hey guys! I am currently seeking 2 roommates this year. I live about 12 miles (22 minutes) east of Austin in a city named Manor (May-Nor). It's an up and coming suburban city. It's also close to all the major highways like 290, I45, and 183 so commute to Austin, Plfugerville, or Round Rock would be no problem.

First come, first serve basis for the rooms. One of the rooms is fully furnished ($650/mo) with a twin size bed, dresser, and private closet space and the other one is empty ($600/mo). The only sharing you'll have to do is the bathroom since theres only 2 in the house.

I am an artist and a student looking for someone who can match my energy. By this I'd like for the candidates to be the following:

- responsible/about their business (must pay rent on time)
- accountable
- dog friendly
- music friendly
- clean * (I MEAN VERY CLEAN)
- must provide proof of income and have references
