It is a 4 bed-room house with 3 other UT grad students (2 females and 1 male).
There are two options available. One room is a master and has its own bathroom. Rent would be $902/mo. plus utilities. The other room shares a bathroom with two other people and rent is $735/mo. plus utilities.
The house is 2 blocks away from HEB and a 2 minute walk to the bus line to UT.
The room would be empty but the rest of the house is fully furnished.
