This is a shared house with one of the three bedrooms for rent. Short term rental available June 16th.

About the room:
1 king size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, desk. Full private bathroom.

About the house:
Two story three bedroom, two and a half bath, 1700 square foot townhome located in Coronado Hills (East Austin). You would have full access to the kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining room, living areas, back patio, and one covered parking space. There are two pools and a tennis court within this community. I do have a television, but do not have cable. However, wi-fi is available and can be used to access Netflix, Amazon prime video, etc.

About the area:
Located in a secluded area in East Austin, my home is located with easy access to I-35, 290E, 183, and I-30 (the toll road). Two and a half miles from the Mueller development which contains a lovely park, the Alamo draft-house (movie theater), a variety of restaurants, and other entertainment venues. Four miles from U. T. , seven miles from downtown.

About me:
I am a woman in my forties and work for the agency that oversees public education in the state of Texas. When I?m not at work I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking dinner for myself and others, going out for live music, and a variety of other activities.

I currently have one indoor calico cat who is very chill/sweet, so if you are not a fan of cats or have allergies to cats this probably is not the place for you.

Also, my house is a work in progress (unpainted doors, trim work around various parts of the house that needs finishing, etc), but is fully functional and comfortable.

Looking for a female renter, non-smoking, kind, respectful, responsible. Someone who knows how to share space with another person with ease. You should have your own rhythm, routines, and responsibilities to tend to, pay rent on time, and be considerate of others. You should be clean and clean up after yourself. The kitchen, dining room and two common rooms are shared spaces. It's a great setup for someone who is transitioning into the city, or possibly just visiting/working here short term and in need of a temporary spot while looking for a more permanent home.

A lease agreement will be required along with A $250 refundable security payment upon signing the fixed lease agreement.(this can be a month to month agreement). This security payment will be returned within 14 days of the termination of the lease if no damage or cleaning fees are charged. (if renting for shorter than a month, this last paragraph is not applicable)

All utilities are included in rental price.
