This newly renovated basement is a fully furnished apartment for you to enjoy your stay while in the area! It is approximately sq feet that includes a full kitchen, eat in kitchen area, living space, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The bathroom is a shower only but includes a washer and gas dryer.

This is downstairs to our residence but is completely separated by a set of stairs and a locked door for full privacy.

The unit is located on the backside of our home that faces a dead end street. There is very minimal traffic and you'll find our neighborhood is a great place to walk! Our place is very central to several desirable places to visit such as parks, shopping , downtown activities and several restaurants!

It is a quiet neighborhood & great for walking! It's very central to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Parks are also very close for those that enjoy outdoor activities! Two main highways intersect within minutes of the rental and the Tricities airport is just a minute drive!
