Need Female Housemate- available now

I'm looking for a new female renter. The room will be available September 1st and I'm looking to fill it no later than September 15th. Rent is for $585, plus $90 for utilities, totalling $675/mo.

The house is on the southeast side of Nashville, in the W Glencliff neighborhood, near the corner of Thompson Lane and Nolensville Pike. The neighborhood is up and coming and in a great location. Interstates 65, 24 and 440 are all within 2.5 miles, and Broadway is only 5 miles away. Baja Burrito is just down the street, as well as several other restaurants, Guitar Center, Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, and the 100 Oaks shopping center is just down the street.

The house is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house. There will be 4 other ladies in the house. You'd have your own bedroom and would share a bathroom. There is some furniture available, including a twin bed. The rest of the house is furnished. No cats or dogs are allowed.

The utilities include water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, Internet, and the current yard service. A deposit of $600 is required to hold the room for you and for the remainder of your stay, but is refundable at the end of your lease if everything has been taken care of.

Ideally, the renters will stay for at least 6 month lease*, after that, I simply need a 45 day written notice, ending on the last day of a month. *I can do shorter leases, for an additional $25/mo. Friends of roommates are welcome to come over as long as everyone is respectful of the house and roommates.

I am looking for:
• Female
• No pets outside an aquarium or terrarium (no exceptions for "good dogs" or "cute cats," sorry)
• No smoking nor drugs
• Responsible with alcohol
• Respectful and considerate: pick up after yourself in the common areas (including dishes), quiet when others are sleeping, and help with chores
• Able to pay rent on time each month
