My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out the guest wing of our home. This includes 2 bedrooms and a private bath. This area of the house can be made private, we are willing to add a door to the hall entrance if you desire. You’re welcome to rent the rooms furnished, or unfurnished for an additional $75 a month. One room has a queen bed and dresser, the other a desk and couch. Kitchen, dinning and living room are common areas. We have a pool that you are welcome to use. You’re welcome to paint, decorate as you please. No garage, street parking.
We have 1 dog and 2 cats so pet lovers and pets are welcome, with a deposit and meet and greet with the animals… case by case basis no breed restrictions.
I am a licensed real estate agent but this is my personal home. I will process a background check. We will Start with a lease term of 3 months, with option to extend at same monthly rate. Lease will be standard TREC forms.
We’re very laid back individuals, he works in IT and I was a chef so there is a lot of cooking and baking in this household! We enjoy board games, puzzles, and video games.
