Hi!
We co-own a home in North Fort Worth and are looking for a tenant to live in one of our spare bedrooms.
Currently, only one of the co-owners lives in the house, and he's a flight attendant who's often away from home.
The bathroom is shared with two young men in their 20s. It's kept pretty clean though.
Rent doesn't include water/utilities, electricity, gas, and internet. You'll have to pay for your equal share of all that. The bills will be split four ways. In the most energy-intensive months, it should be only around $100 a month (if even). Expect total monthly living expenses (rent + all utilities) to equal around $475-$500, depending on the month.
We have pets (a dog and a cat), but we don't really have room for any other pets.
Everyone who lives in the house is in their early to mid 20s and is pretty chill.
The pictures of the bedroom are staged from a long time ago, but the kitchen pictures are pretty true to life.
