$1000 Private Bedroom Sept. 1st Housemate Needed

INFORMATION: We are renting out one bedroom in a two bedroom (900 sq ft) apartment. We are a young married professional couple living with two guinea pigs. Just to give a heads up for allergy purposes, their diet includes HAY/PALLETS. Since our unit is on the top floor, we would like to ask to respect the neighbors below and adjacent. We have TWO FREE PARKING SPOTS.

No Smoking including Vapes/Juul.

No Pets unless it is caged.

NOTE: You will be put on the lease as well which means our landlord will have to check your credit.

NOTE: Renting to COUPLES or SINGLES.

TRANSPORTATION: 1 min walk to the bus stop (32 Bus) leading to Forest Hill ( Orange T-line ) in 7-12 mins. 30 mins to Back Bay via Bus and Orange Line. (30 Bus) leading to Roslindale Square in 7-12 mins. If you want to walk, it only takes about 15 mins to Roslindale Village.

ABOUT THE AREA. Roslindale has some small locally owned business that sell wine, cheese, bread. They also have a couple of restaurants as well. Forest Hills and Jamaica Plain also has restaurants and small locally owned stores. Stop & Shop and Walgreens is a half mile away.

DESCRIPTION: As soon as you walk in the room, on the left side will be the Kitchen. Then you see a small hall if you look ahead. That leads directly to the bathroom. There is no tub in the bathroom. It's a standing shower only. Then on the left side of the hallway will be the bedroom (115 SQ FT) (Big enough for a Queen or King Bed). Then moving back to the entrance, on the right side will be the dining/living area (Will be furnished by us). You will see the door in the living/dining room. It's a closet. The laundry will be in the basement. We are on the top floor. The picture includes a photo of the entrance. We do have a communal deck.
