The downstairs livingroom, eat-in-kitchen, laundry and yard are shared. Ample On-street parking available. Rent includes all utilities including internet. Located south of Montauk, close to Venetian Shores Park and the Great South Bay. About 5 minutes drive to Lindenhurst LIRR station, 15 min to SUNY Farmingdale and 30 min to SUNY Old Westbury. My roommate should be easygoing and not too noisy.
I work in the city and on my days off enjoy crafts, gardening and reading. I do have rabbits, guinea pigs and parakeets, so if you have allergies my house would probably not be for you.
I would consider a couple for slightly higher rent.
