The world's best cat already lives in the house, and as friendly as he is with people, he isn't so charming with other pets. So, unfortunately, we are unable to welcome any other pets.

I would be your house-mate. I occupy the second floor with my cat; which means I have my own living room, bathroom, and bedroom as well. I am an easy-going, conscientious, well-traveled 34-year-old professional man. I mostly keep to myself and spend a lot of time working.

No drugs or smoking indoors, please. Proof of employment and credit check would be fantastic. The place is unfurnished. Rent and one-month security deposit required to move-in.
