Looking for a roommate to join me in my beautiful second floor apartment in a quiet cooperative community. 10 min from ISP airport, LIRR, and 5 min from 347, northern Pkwy, and LIE.

Apartment features include washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, patio overlooking our community pool, and property maintenance. Large parking lot with spaces right in front of our door. We pay electric and internet.

The listed price is your HALF, the total rent for the apartment is $2100/mo.

Bedroom is good size with big closet, big enough for a double bed and other furniture. Also has access to attic storage. Rest of apartment is fully furnished, just need your own bedroom furniture.

I am a very clean person, especially in the common areas, so i am looking for someone who is respectful and tidy and cleans up after him or herself.

I am not a partier, I am a relatively quiet person at home. I work early mornings as a fitness instructor, so I just ask you to be respectful with noise at night.

No dogs allowed. We are allowed 2 cats maximum. I have one cat, so a new roommate would be allowed one as well.

Move-in is available ASAP, pending application and approval by the co-op board. Requirements include credit and background check.
