I am looking for a LGBTQQIA+ friendly professional adult person (would prefer 30s or older but willing to consider the right candidate), who cleans up after making meals and does not leave dirty dishes in the sink, is not a rager, is clean and will share cleaning duties without needing a cleaning chart, is responsible with paying bills on time, is very serious about Covid responsibilities because I have an elderly parent who is immunocompromised that needs my help (whom I visit periodically and I need to keep her safe). I want someone I can have clear communication with about household stuff without anyone thinking it is passive-aggressive or aggressive-aggressive. Also would love someone I can occasionally chat with and hang out in the living room with and watch Netflix/Hulu/Prime - but we don?t have to be best friends.

Who Are We:

I am a 44 year old Latinx Queer AFAB Enby (she series/they series) with an adorable and people-loving 7 ? yr old chocolate lab pup named Hogan. I?ve been working as an office manager but am currently Covid unemployed so for now, will be around the house much of the day (in and out for Hogan walks, and occasionally I spend time in RI with my elderly mom so there will def be times you have the apt all to yourself). I?m a newbie virtual drag king (#covidtimes), heavily tattooed and pierced but a clean and responsible grown up seeking same. I?m vegan and love to cook and bake yummy vegan food and don?t mind sharing a meal with the people with whom I live if they are open to it. Hogan is very VERY loving and is very needy around people, and if you come home he will hear you and want to greet you for some snuggles, or if you sit on the couch most likely he will want to lay his head in your lap and be pet or eat some of your snax.
