Looking for two roommates to occupy two available rooms in a four-person apartment in the Savin Hill neighborhood of Dorchester. We are on the second floor and the two rooms are located via an additional staircase. One of the rooms has its own private bathroom ( a little more in rent for this room per month- but hey-private bathroom!). The other room would have access to a shared bathroom with the two other tenants. Looking for respectful, responsible, and low key individuals to share the apartment with. This apartment has in-unit laundry ($2 per wash load), on-street parking (Residential only M-F but non-residential on streets perpendicular), minutes within walking distance to the MBTA Red Line (JFK/UMASS and Savin Hill) and the beach, along with multiple bars and restaurants. No first/last/security required and al utilities are included. Landlord lives on the property on the third floor and is he is amazing. Overall this is a great location with very professional, chill responsible and respectful occupants looking for two similar people.
