One Room With Shared Bath One With Private
We have a large Victorian and have been renting to students for several years. The students we have now will be gone for the summer so we have two rooms available June through September. One is on first floor with shared bath, the other is basement level with own bath and entrance. Both have micro and mini fridge etc. and all are welcome to share our new fully equipped kitchen. My husband is retired and I am a practicing attorney. We are very family oriented with kids and grandkids visiting and often share meals with the students but they have all the privacy they want. We have rented to students taking summer courses in the Boston area and it works out well. The smaller is $800 for one $1000 for two. The bigger is $1000 for one $1200 for two with another $50 for a pet. This is monthly but we have prorated for weeks as well. Look forward to your joining us for the summer!
