House: 3 bed/2 bath, two floor apartment in up and coming Fields Corner, Dorchester. Safe Neighborhood. 10 minute walk to redline. Easy access to Umass Boston, downtown, etc. Main floor is kitchen, living room, first bathroom, two bedrooms. Main floor is primarily for 2 roommates (one would be you). Total roommates = 3.

Room- Large room with large closet, good lighting, hardwood floors- $900 per month not including utilities.
Utilities include- heat, hot water, cable, internet, house supplies. Utilities will be split 3 ways. Varies with the season. Average yearly $100/month per person. Will do credit and background check.
6 year lease required. Will need first and security (1 months rent) prior to move in. Unfurnished.

Bottom floor with second living room, 2nd bathroom, and 3rd bedroom. Bottom floor is not available for rent. However washer and dryer on bottom floor are for all to share.

Who we are: Two professional females in their 30s. Considerate, responsible, clean, pays bills on time. We like to share dinners occasionally, but also have our own lives. We have 20 lb French bulldog beagle mix, who loves to hang out with roommates.

Who we are looking for: Ideally late 20s and older, male or female, professional or graduate student, responsible, clean, quiet, and pays bills on time. No couples please.

What we want in the apartment: Place to relax and unwind, clean, quiet, guests okay but no overnight guests for long periods of time. No drugs, partying, or smoking.
