Share an excellent 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on a quiet, residential street less than a 10 minute walk from UMASS, the JFK/UMASS Station (Red Line) and a grocery store; minutes via Uber, car or MBTA (bus or Red Line) to downtown Boston.

Private Spaces: 1 bright, fully furnished bedroom with 2 nightstands, a queen bed, 5-shelf bookcase, small console table and a spacious closet with a big window looking out over baseball fields. There?s enough room for a desk and chair, if needed.(All items excluding furniture and the mattress in the pictures of the bedroom are for show only and will be removed prior to move-in.) A 4-piece private bath is down the hall (less than 10 steps) from the bedroom. Sink has plenty of space on top and underneath. The only things you need to bring with you are pillows, sheets and towels!

Living Spaces: Very open and bright living room/dining room/kitchen area with direct access to in-unit laundry. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, kitchenware and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, Keurig and dishwasher), all available to you! The living room has a 55? TV with cable, Netflix and Hulu with a large sectional sofa, all centered upon a large floor-to-ceiling window. High-speed WiFi is accessible in all rooms!

About the Apartment and Community: Utilities (water, electricity, cable and WiFi) are included in the rent price of $1550. Pet(s) (cat or dog ONLY) are welcome by me and by the apartment complex, at additional cost. Peninsula Apartments is managed by National Development Communities and has numerous private amenities! Off-street, assigned parking via parking garages, covered outdoor spaces and uncovered outdoor spaces are controlled by Peninsula Apartments and may be available; extra fees will apply.

About Me: I?m a young professional who's looking for a quiet, non-smoker, preferably another young professional or a graduate student. I?m flexible with move-in dates and move-out dates but the room will be available at the start of 2019.
