Looking for new roommate to fill a spacious 2nd bedroom of a second floor 2BR in Brighton. Move in is 9/1 for a 12-month lease. Couples OK.
Rent is $1300/mo with heat/hot water included. Other utilities come out to $50 or less a month. Apartment has laundry in the basement and a dishwasher. I also have a window A/C unit. The apartment is quite large (150+ sf bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a smaller foyer room we're using as a dining room). Tons of closet space that's currently unused. Pets are fine.
We are right on the 57, 86, 65, 501, and 503 buses and a 10-minute walk to the 66 bus and Green B T line.
