Room in Gorgeous South End/Back Bay Apt

Location: Amazing location- right on the border of Back Bay and South End. Tons of restaurants and shops a short walk away, including a 7-11 and wine shop within a few blocks. A 2-3 minute walk to both the Orange and Green lines, which makes for a super easy commute.

Apartment: Two-story apartment on the top 2 floors of our building (no annoying upstairs neighbor noises!). Your room would share a bathroom with one other room, and there is also a half-bathroom next to the kitchen. The kitchen is super modern and the living room is giant and attaches to a balcony that we have a table and some chairs on- great for eating/drinking/tanning outside in the summer! We have strong heat and AC that we can control by floor, and there are a bunch of card operated laundry machines and dryers in the basement of the building.

Roomies: Christian and I both graduated college in 2017. She works in finance and I work in tech, and we both love brunching and going out for dinner and drinks- looking for a roomie that?s down to do the same or just stay in and split a bottle of wine! Neither of us is originally from the Boston area, and we?re always down to explore, try new things, and meet new people.
