Roomate Wanted To Share Beatiful 3Bdrm Apartment

I am in search of a roommate (no couples please) to share my 3bdr apartment located in Town Estates, Brighton, MA.

A little about the space: totally renovated place with open floor plan, updated amenities, large bedroom closets, central air, 2 full bath, dishwasher/ garbage disposal,

Extra perks: assigned parking, in ground heated pool access, convenient trash pickup, snow removal of parking spaces/walkways.
Close proximity to BC campus and D line, to bus routes and the mass pike while remaining quiet in a rural location (the Newton golf course is in the backyard).
I am a considerate and responsible roommate & I tend to prefer a cleaner living space & hope that anyone interested in taking her room would feel the same. I have 2 bedrooms available, so you can choose any one and share the other one as office. The bedroom would not be furnished unless you're in need of those accommodations- I have nice king size bed with numbers mattress available,

All the other important information:

Laundry: coin op, in basement (down one flight of stairs)
Rent: 1,400 EACH, per month totaling: 2,800-individual electronic transfers to landlord on the first of the month.
**This price is a little steep, but on the other hand it will be your total expense and it will include all utilities and parking spot, Everything about living here is so convenient and enjoyable? the perks (you won?t find at this price anywhere in Boston) just make the extra spending so much more worth it. **

Everything is furnished i. e couch, table w/ chairs, TV, TV stand, side tables, lamps, etc. You're welcome to bring extra if you prefer but you'd only need to furnish your bedroom and even that will not be necessary as mentioned above.
