Walking distance to buses running all over Staten Island, 2 supermarkets, 4 bars/ restaurants,2 stars Michelin restaurants, 11 restaurants, 3 bakeries, 4 pizzerias, library, banks , post office , all what NYC has to offer( parks and gym summer swimming pool too) Too much to list everything.
