Hello I have this beautiful big bedroom in an 2 bedroom apartment and amazing location. This building is gated with a security guard 24/7. There is a laundry in the building that takes quarters. There is a bus stop right in front of the building that can take you to the ferry or you can walk to the ferry which is about 10-15 minutes. You will be able to take any of Staten Island buses within minutes by walking to the ferry or taking the bus in front of the building to the ferry. They opened a mini mall at the ferry that has shop and there is a supermarket and a few places to eat about 5 minutes away. There is Crunch Gym about a 10-15 minute walk or less than five minute drive and there is a gym in one of the buildings. If you drive then there is plenty of parking you can find on the street. My only ask is no pets and no smoking in the house. Will be getting new furniture for the living room. Bedroom is carpeted but not furnished. Will post more pictures shortly.
