Quiet, spacious, and convenient.

The apartment is located roughly 7 mins walk from the Staten Island ferry terminal and in a safe neighbourhood with a budding arts scene. I?m a really easy going Australian who is just looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and equally easy going to share the space with. I preferably am seeking female roommates as I have always lived with women back home and the one experience I had living with other guys was a major culture shock when it came to cleanliness standards :) With that being said I am open to couples. Gas and water bills are included in the rent but the electric is split with me. In general I?m a very experienced roommate who is (at least I think so) a pretty easy person to live with. I used to be a professional musician back home so I?m very comfortable around creative types but am open to people from all walks of life. I get along with people of all races and orientations and really am open to living with anyone. Also I don?t really go out much anymore but am fine living with people you enjoy a more active social life.
