Share the full bath, 1/2 bath, laundry, backyard and kitchen with me, my husband and 15 year old with our calm shetland sheep dog and Great Pyrenees. $650 includes utilities and wireless and shared household supplies.
We live on a tree lined block that's safe and quiet. We're only 1 1/2 miles from the Staten Island ferry terminal, so its an easy and quick commute to Manhattan or Brooklyn. The buses are around the corner as well as restaurants and markets.
We enjoy renting to professionals and students who have busy lives outside our home. We have had wonderful roommates over the last 12 years and as long as people are friendly, honest, keep the common spaces clean, and pay the rent on the first of the month, all goes well!
We rent to female non-smokers only. We're a drug and alcohol free home and no guests.
I'm an ESOL professor In Brooklyn and my husband is a technician in Manhattan.
