1 bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom house

I have one bedroom available. large room. Looking for $1200 a month.

Shared common areas: Kitchen, living room, 2 shared bathrooms, backyard, patio, family room, Garage, two fridges, deep freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

Everything is included with the rental. Parking (on-plentiful and off street-driveway), Pool, WiFi, Gas, Electric, Water, Netflix. There is a garden as well. Plenty of storage available.

I have plenty of pictures and can show the rooms as you’re available. This is not an apartment it’s a full house in a great, clean and safe, neighborhood, outside of having a roommate you won’t find a better property to rent.

I am a divorced dad of 3, had 2 male roommates for the last 5 years both moved/are moving for family reasons. Never any issues, arguments, fighting. No drinking, smoking, issues amongst us, but time for a new beginning. I stay here because my kids live a few blocks away. They come to visit but don’t spend over nights, occasional family gatherings for a few hours on holidays, birthdays or when the pool is open in the summer. 8-10 times a year. But always give a heads up about it.

Landlords are awesome folks who fix things immediately. They’ve never once made an issue of anything. I am looking for someone who is respectful of the fact that it’s a rental, and won’t destroy the property.
