You will be sharing with myself and others. 3 newly renovated bedrooms are available at $1100 (2 bedrooms at $1100 each with shared bath), $1200 (1 bedroom at $1200 with shared bath). One $1500 (master bedroom suite on 2nd flr with private bath) has already been rented. Rental rates are month-to-month. Lovely new shared spaces include a spacious contemporary kitchen, dining room, 3 living rooms, and 3 bathrooms. Lots of light and doors to outside from all living spaces. This is a quiet, no-smoking, household near Sebastopol. LGBTQ friendly. Perfect for working from home or commuting to Santa Rosa 15 minutes, Petaluma/Marin 30 minutes or San Francisco 1+ hours. Roommates who enjoy gardening, outdoor living, modern contemporary design, and quiet shared living encouraged. Working professionals preferred.
