The qualities I'm looking for in a roommate are respectful and responsible people who are clean, tidy, and well-organized. People who have good communication skills and a willingness to compromise, and those who are mindful of noise levels, especially during times of studying and sleep! I am also looking for people with a positive attitude and someone who values honesty.
The house is about 7 minutes from the SRJC. It's near a grocery store and a few gas stations for quick, easy trips! There are 2 available parking spaces out front and more parking along the street, if needed.
The house is currently undergoing remodeling, so the rooms won't be available until May.
