Room Rental - $890 for one person per room. Everything included - All utilities - water, garbage, electric are included. Wi-Fi in every room, cable TV in the spacious living room. Washer and dryer provided at no extra charge . Kitchen is furnished and there are 2 fridges with dedicated space for each person. Large dining area. Guaranteed off street parking for 1 car. We provide a cleaning service for the common areas (and your room if you choose) every other week. Gardener takes care of the yard. House is secluded and backs up to forested park with nearby access to park trails. Very quiet spot. There are several patio and outdoor spaces surrounding all sides of the house for your use. Furnishings can be supplied - bed, table, chair. Includes everything except your food, clothes, and toiletries. Each room has individual locks, and the four outside entries are key coded. There are several entrances to the house depending on your room location. Bikes can be stored and other small storage may be offered upon request/negotiated. This is a very secluded stable neighborhood. You are in wine and biking country - you may also enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and beautiful hikes, the ocean is not far away either (40 min drive).
This is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house that is very spacious. Rental agreement is month to month. No Pets ? There is a house cat.
We are looking for individuals who respect each others privacy, yet get along well with others. We have 2 available bedrooms. We are looking for people who take pride in their space and respect our property. Someone who is responsible, pays bills on time, and can interact and participate within the household. No smoking on premises. Occasional drinking in moderation ok. WHO WE ARE: We are working professionals and students. We are fine with all ages and walks of life. Some of us spend most of our time working or going to school when at home we are online gaming, reading books or studying for school, others are out walking on hikes, writing or cooking. Guests can have BBQs, friends over for the day (no overnight stays), host game parties etc. However this is not a party house. Must be employed and provide proof, credit check required. $890 for one person one bedroom. Couples required to rent two rooms $1500 (I have two adjoining rooms).
