I am looking for a mature cool person who is laid back, and clean to share this charming modern renovated two bedroom apartment in the heart of Santa Rosa. Enjoy a private cozy room next to scenic Brush Creek River Trails. The apartment is newly remodeled, with granite countertops, wood floors, and is close to downtown and a freeway entrance.

A little about me:

I am a working professional in my mid 20's. I work as a nurse. I enjoy hiking, working out, yoga, and being outside as much as possible. I enjoy socializing.

I have an upbeat personality, but enjoy my alone time (who doesn't). I enjoy cooking at home and eating fresh produce from local markets. I listen to (and create) all kinds of music.

Rent: $900
Deposit: $950
Utilities are split 50/50; PGE, Internet, & Trash. Usually around $60/mo during summer and $80-100/mo during winter. Trash is every 3 months.

Will be ready to start renting on September 13th.
